Join our award-winning baristas as they brew three unique coffees all from one farm. We will walk you through the nuances of each coffee varietal, processing methods, and desired end cup results.
This 1-hour seating includes:
• 1 pour over tasting flight of 3 different coffees
• 1 coffee prepared 3 different ways (pour over, espresso, milk beverage)
• 1 microdose jar (100g) whole bean of your choice
Choice of dairy or non-dairy for milk beverage:
Dairy: 90/10 blend of 9% butterfat, cream top dairy from Alexandre Farms
and cryodesiccated, a2 raw dairy from Rochat Farms
Non-Dairy: 20% freeze distilled oat milk from Ghosttown Oats
